Apartment regulations

To avoid misunderstandings and ensure a pleasant stay, please read the apartment regulations.

The apartment is rented on a daily basis as part of the accommodation service provided.

The apartment's check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.

GUESTS are obligated to use the apartment in a manner consistent with its intended use, the provisions of these Regulations, and the rules of social coexistence, in particular by not disturbing others, including those residing in neighboring apartments.

Due to the apartments' location in apartment buildings, a quiet hour is observed in the apartment from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The maximum number of people in the apartment, including children, cannot exceed the maximum permitted occupancy.

It is prohibited to organize any social events in the apartment that may disturb other residents of the building.

Smoking, especially tobacco products, is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

This PROHIBITION applies to the living area. Smoking is permitted on the terrace or balcony if the apartment has one.

Pets are allowed in the apartment, but their presence must be reported at all times. (AN ADDITIONAL DAILY FEE APPLIES).

The apartment guest is fully financially responsible for any damage, destruction, or missing equipment or technical devices caused by them or their visitors. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by animals or children.

Each apartment has spare keys held by the property manager, and in the event of an emergency (fire, flooding, inappropriate behavior, life-threatening situations), they are authorized to enter the apartment.

The guest is obligated to report any defects in the apartment immediately upon noticing them.
